So today we’ve been super busy moving bits and bobs around in our new pad and we thought we’d be the nice people we are and share with you some of top secret details of our new home. As you all know we’re located in The Coaching House, a Grade II listed building down Union road in Ryde. When the building was first built, a group of wine importers from vineyards in sunny Spain used it as a warehouse to store their prized products. The even more fascinating fact (clue is in the title) is that it was also used by the one and only Queen Victoria (gasp!) as a coach house for housing the royal coach whilst her majesty stayed at the Royal Squadron Hotel! It then went on to be used as a factory for making lemonade and other minerals. It really is a studio fit for a queen..
